It was without expecting it that Cindy became known throughout the world after winning several International Competitions, including the very famous Birmingham Competition.

Since then, with the medals won and the experience gained, she continues to develop her techniques by creating incredible cakes, passing on her skills to her trainees or even being a Judge for certain competitions.
